PRC International is a local consultancy with a global reach.

Certainly one possible answer to the question, What is the meaning of life? is, The meaning of life is your response to it.

For this reason the aim of PRC is to help make the institutional response of its partners as meaningful as possible. Toward that end PRC helps them align their vision, goals and teams, with a plan of action and program of collaboration, to improve performance and enhance the quality of organizational life.

PRC services enable organizations to respond to the unpredictable faster than the competition, while rescuing them from the dangers of overconformity and cultural stagnation, two things, among others, that are quickly turning the human race into a maladaptive species (see High Culture? WTF?). This focus on Organizational Intelligence better ensures survival, success, and growth (see Why PRC?).

There is no expectation that anyone believes in what PRC offers. The value of PRC services lies in their being tested and used.

The ulimate aim of PRC International is to help its partners achieve the fullest and freest expression of their powers. My highest hope is that the benefits of working together will flow out from individual and organization into the world community.

Paul Rothwell

Founder and Director of PRC International.

Paul studied music and literature at William Paterson University (then William Paterson College). While developing what would become a lifelong interest in human behavior, family systems (scapegoating), and cultural history, he came into contact with the great cultural historian and behavioralist Morse Peckham (1914-1993), late of the Universities of Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

Through Paul's contact with him he became aware of Peckham's role in AT&T's educational experiment in the 1950's, as well as Peckham's treatise on the relationship between Humanistic Education and Business Leadership. As a result, Peckham became a huge influence and driving force behind PRC International.

Paul has had over 300 students and partners from Argentina's major social institutions, Business, Government, and Education: Aerolineas Argentinas & Austral, Price Waterhouse, Exxon, aXport International Trade, Shell, YPF, Renault, Microsoft, Flight Express, Roemmers, Bitgenia, National University of La Plata, University of Buenos Aires, National Council of Scientific and Technical Research, Flux IT, LIFIA, NaNLABS, Colegio Manantiales (Private School), Ministry of Interior, and Municipal Law Enforcement.

Though now retired Paul continues corresponding with people the world over interested in learning more about Explanation, Social Management, Value Systems and the relation of all three to Human Adaptation at a time of extraordinary and unprecedented Culture Crisis.
